Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated September 2026

This policy sets out what Goal-to-Action may and may not be used for. It applies to everyone using the app, and it applies with particular force to the AI-powered features — drafting a goal from a description, suggesting scoring answers, generating an AI perspective on a score, and splitting a task into smaller steps. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Goal-to-Action is a personal planning tool. The AI features exist to help you turn your own goals into concrete next steps. They are not a general-purpose content generator, and using them as one is outside what this service is for.

What the AI features may be used for

Prohibited uses of the AI features

You may not use the AI features — through goal titles, descriptions, task text, or any other input — to generate, solicit, or facilitate:

Prohibited uses of the service generally

AI output is a draft, not an authority

AI-generated suggestions can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Every AI suggestion in Goal-to-Action is presented as an edit for you to approve — nothing is applied without your action, and the underlying priority score is always computed deterministically, never by the AI. You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it, and for the consequences of what you choose to do.

How this is enforced

We don't read your goals and tasks — they're stored on your own device, not our servers (see the Privacy Policy). In practice that means enforcement is complaint- and signal-driven rather than proactive monitoring: we may act on reports from users or partners, on abuse signals such as anomalous usage patterns, or where required by law.

Where we do act, we may issue a warning, restrict AI features, suspend, or terminate an account, depending on severity. Content involving child sexual abuse material or credible threats of violence results in immediate termination and, where applicable, a report to the relevant authorities.

Note also that our AI features are delivered through third-party model providers, who apply their own safety filters. A request may be refused by the provider even where we haven't acted on the account.

Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using Goal-to-Action in violation of this policy, email morrowaiteam@gmail.com with as much detail as you can. We review every report we receive.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and the surrounding legal landscape change. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
