These terms apply when you use Goal-to-Action ("the app"), operated by Morrow AI. By using the app or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.
Goal-to-Action is a goal prioritization and task planning tool. It scores the goals you enter against a set of well-known prioritization frameworks and helps you break them into tasks. Optional AI features can draft goals, suggest scoring answers, and split tasks into smaller steps.
The app runs in your browser and stores your goals and tasks on your own device. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is and isn't stored on our side.
Your use of the app — and particularly of the AI-powered features — is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. Violating it may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through Goal-to-Action. Creem handles the transaction, applicable taxes, and card data — we never see or store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's own terms as the seller of record.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, reachable from your account inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, after which your account returns to the free plan. We don't delete your goals or tasks when a subscription ends — that data lives on your device either way.
AI output is generated by third-party language models and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Treat it as a draft to review, never as professional advice. Every AI suggestion in the app is presented as an edit you approve — nothing is applied to your goals without your action. You're responsible for what you choose to accept and act on.
Goal-to-Action does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. If a goal touches on any of those areas, consult a qualified professional.
Your goals and tasks are yours. Because they're stored on your device rather than our servers, we claim no license over them and generally have no ability to access them. Where hosted AI is used, the relevant text passes through our server in transit to the AI provider solely to produce your result, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may discontinue the service — if we ever shut it down, we'll give reasonable notice so you can export your data, and we'll refund any unused prepaid time.
Because your data lives on your device, keeping your own backups is your responsibility. Use Backup & restore in the app.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that is used to abuse the service or its AI quota, or where required by law. Where the situation allows, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. If we terminate an account without cause, we'll refund unused prepaid time.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morrow AI's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and for material changes affecting paid subscribers we'll give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
